Welcome to Maviatrade Bot. By accessing or using our website and automated trading tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use this platform.

1. Eligibility and User Conduct

By using this service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to use the bot only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of this service by, any third party.

2. API Token and Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Deriv API Tokens.
  • The bot operates on a client-side basis; however, any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your browser or API token is your responsibility.
  • We recommend using API tokens with the minimum required permissions (Read/Trade only).

3. Automated Trading and Risk

You acknowledge that:

  • The bot executes trades automatically based on your configured parameters.
  • Market conditions can change rapidly, and automated strategies (including AI and Martingale) may not perform as expected.
  • Maviatrade Bot does not guarantee profits. All trading is performed at your own discretion and risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maviatrade and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, account balance depletion, or technical errors arising from the use of the bot.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, interface designs, and branding on bot.maviatrade.com are the intellectual property of Maviatrade. You are granted a limited license to use the interface for personal trading. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the software without express written consent.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

Our service integrates with the Deriv API. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or errors of Deriv.com or any other third-party services linked on our platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
